Caring for the elderly has long been a part of Lana’s life since first volunteering at a Skilled Nursing Facility in high school. From there came several enjoyable and challenging years as a Certified Nursing Assistant while completing her Accounting degree. After earning both the CPA and CMA designations, Lana started her career as a Long Term Care professional. She has twenty five years of accounting experience with over eighteen devoted to the LTC industry. She has enjoyed mastering all aspects of the daily workings of the business office, including corporate financial areas. Her success in reducing receivables and her experiences with agencies that were universally ill-equipped to efficiently work SNF receivables convinced her of the tremendous need for an alternative. SNF Solutions was created to address this need, your need. Lana is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). |

Ed – Vice President
Ed has been with SNF Solutions since the beginning. With over 9 years experience in Skilled Nursing billing and collections, Ed brings his customer service and sales experience to good use here helping our clients. Ed stays busy with strategic planning, marketing and leading the billing team. His focus is always on producing the best results possible for our clients. The father of one teenager and a preteen He and his family love baseball and camping in their little trailer across the country. Their dream is to take an RV and see baseball games in every major league stadium in the country while also riding every rollercoaster they can find. |

Suzette – Project Manager
Suzette is also our lead Client Trainer. She does a completely awesome job of bringing new clients online, managing projects and client training. Suzette joined us in 2007 after 5 years as the Business Office Manager of a large Skilled Nursing Facility. Prior to that she owned her own business for several years and served in both the U.S. Marine Corps and the New York Army National Guard. She is the mother of four, with two adult children, one more in college and one who is close to finishing high school, who keep her on her toes. She enjoys just about any outside activity, riding sport motorcycles, jumping in the car and going to new places, Manhattan street vendor food and fun with friends and family. |

Melissa – Senior Billing Specialist
Melissa is one of our top Billing Specialists, and has been with SNF Solutions since 2006. She brings a wealth of varied business experience to her work here. Melissa is our senior Medicare and Coinsurance billing specialist. She loves the challenge of the problem or neglected account that a client tells us to “not even bother”. A mother of three growing children, she is as busy as one would suspect. It’s a good thing she loves her job! She and her husband enjoy coaching their children in soccer and their other activities. |

Betty – Senior Billing Specialist
AKA “the rock”, as she is fondly called because she is always there when we need her and comes through on those tough claims. Betty has been with SNF Solutions for five years. She came to us with an extensive background in customer service and expertise in sales and marketing. She puts those skills to good use every day in dealing with the HMOs and insurance companies on behalf of our clients. Betty is the mother of three adult children and has three grandchildren who give her a great deal of satisfaction and pleasure. She and her husband enjoy traveling where her special pleasures are shopping and sightseeing. |
